Michael is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who practices in both Jackson, WY and in Marin County, CA. He began working with families in residential treatment in 1991. After finishing his Master’s Degree in 1994, he continued to work with children, teens and family systems in both residential treatment and private practice settings. In 2000, Michael moved to a full time private practice in Marin County, CA. During this time, his client population began to change. In addition to working with children, teens and families, Michael began working with adults and couples. About half of Michael’s practice continues to be children and families, and half is now individual and couples work.
Common presenting difficulties include mood and depression, anxiety, communication, and attention and focus difficulties in work, school and home environments. Specific clinical focus is on the impact of these issues in important personal and professional relationships.
